Surrender, Connect, Nourish
In the whirlwind of life, it's easy to forget who we truly are. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, return to your breath, and listen to the wisdom of your body and nature.
Through embodied movement, breathwork, chanting, and Thai massage, we'll explore the art of presence - supported by the healing waters and sacred land of Harbin Hot Springs.
Step away from distraction and drop into the rhythm of remembrance.
You'll leave with somatic tools to support a deeper connection with yourself and practices to carry the medicine home.
