The Practice
Amidst Nicaragua's tranquil beauty, we'll delve into the rhythm of movement, Thai massage, and the wisdom of the land, awakening our authentic selves. This retreat seamlessly blends embodiment practices with local experiences and nature adventures, infusing your life with more joy, trust, and purpose. 'Embody Flow' invites you to a world where your heart and body sync, embracing effortless presence and the power to uncover your true nature.
Afternoon and evening sessions will include our signature practices, including restorative yoga, partner stretching, dance, and Thai massage guidance. We’ll cultivate fluidity and tap into our innate healing capacities while building beautiful connections with each other. Evenings will include beach bonfires and magical song circles.
We'll start each day with a short meditation that will prepare you for our heart-felt, all-levels morning yoga classes. Each class is themed with the elements to deepen our connection with the abundant nature surrounding us. Our morning practice will be infused with Animal Flow, Qi Gong and ecstatic breathwork - leaving you feeling rejuvenated and nourished.
Come away feeling empowered and inspired, with new healthy practices that you can take back home and incorporate into your everyday life. To further support your integration, we will provide you with connections to our broader community and a library of videos.
Imagine falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves, swimming in a refreshing waterfall and practicing yoga in the middle of the jungle overlooking blue-green surf. You'll stay steps away from your own secluded beach with mind-blowing jungle & ocean views. A true oasis of peace & harmony, the beauty of the surroundings is constantly evolving each day.
Blessed with beauty on all sides, you will find a network of walking trails to explore, enjoy and immerse yourself in nature. Find the secret lookout where you will be surrounded by the serenity of the environment, collect shells in the “mermaid cove”, release baby sea turtles, or take a dip in the tidal pool. Our playground is full of places to discover!
Costa Dulce is one of Nicaragua’s premier eco-lodge resorts with a strong focus on building community and environmental awareness. Located on a beautiful beach nestled on the southern Pacific coast of Nicaragua. The river Escameca Grande flows into the ocean just to the south end of the beach creating a sacred confluence of waters.
Costa Dulce's mission is to “Help people deepen their connection with community, nature, and self by creating an open and nourishing environment that stimulates presence, curiosity, and growth.”
Not only have they constructed the lodges using low-impact sustainable materials, they also use solar power and support conservation projects such as Vital Actions sea turtle nursery, investing in reforestation, and habitat restoration to mitigate impacts.
La Dulce Cocina takes pride in serving you healthy, vibrant food with much of it coming from their farm. They pay extra attention to selecting locally grown fresh ingredients, so the menu changes with the seasons.
Good food not only means that it’s deliciously kind to our taste buds, but also that it is good for our body, our planet and our communities. A true nourishment for ourselves and our surroundings. They understand how important individual dietary needs are in order to feel good, so their main goal is making sure you have what you need to feel nourished.

Each of the bungalows and cabins has been designed with surrounding trees and plants taken into account and, in some cases, the trees grow through the building! All have been built to take advantage of the local Papagayo winds to keep you cool without using too much electricity. Anjuli and Alok are two of the most compassionate teachers I've ever worked with. They care so deeply that everyone experience the energy that exists both in themselves and between two partners. I'm so glad that I took this retreat and got to explore with them!
-David Schiller
Alok and Anjuli are highly skilled facilitators who weave a beautiful web of co-creative leadership together. The experience they craft with the synergy and balance of their skills is playful, spiritual, connective and fun! Throughout the retreat I felt rejuvenated, inspired, challenged in all the right ways and excited by the new skills I learned. What they offer is truly a unique experience to both build community, grow deeper in your own embodiment, and gain tools for creating a healthy, fun and fulfilling lifestyle. They also do a great job of weaving in beginners and more advanced students alike, giving something for everyone. I highly recommend this experience to everyone!
