Join Anjuli and Alok for a nourishing gathering at a beautiful private sanctuary, weaving together mindful movement, ZenThai Massage, breathwork, and sacred song into a blissful afternoon of renewal.

The Place
The Octobarn Sanctuary at Moss Village is situated just outside Nevada City in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The practice will be held in a beautiful octagonal space nestled in the trees and wildflowers just a short drive from the majestic Yuba River.
ZenThai Massage
1:00-4:00pm
Be guided through a nourishing practice of Contact Yoga and ZenThai Massage that invites deep release and genuine connection. No experience or partner needed.
Cacao & Tea Ritual
4:00-4:30pm
Share ceremonial cacao or tea with a guided uplifting ritual and be supported in community.
Breath & Kirtan
4:30-6:30pm
A guided breathwork journey opens the inner landscape, then leads into singing devotional music woven from Sanskrit, Spanish, and English to close and integrate the experience together.

How do I get there?
Located just 5 minutes outside of the historic town of Nevada City and a short drive to the Yuba River, this is a place many people travel from far away to visit. You are welcome to stay before or ater and explore the area.
Who is this best suited for?
We are very open and accepting to all humans who have a desire to slow down and connect on a deep level with themselves and others. We create a safe space to give and recieve therapeutic touch and all bodies are welcome. No previous bodywork experience is needed. Couples, friends and solo attendees are all welcome.
If I come solo how will I be paired up for the Thai massage?
We have many singles join us, and we allow them to choose a partner or pair them up with someone. It helps to work on different bodies when learning techniques, and we often recommend connecting with different partners throughout the weekend. If you come with a partner, you can choose to work with them all weekend.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing you can move in with minimal zippers and buttons. Yoga mats are available on-site, but you may bring your own if you prefer. If you have a favorite pillow or cushion for sitting, bring that as well.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please note that because our retreats are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.
With more than 30 days notice, a full refund will be given minus a $20 processing fee.
With less than 30 days notice, 50% of your registration fee will be refunded. Within 7 days, no refunds will be given.
Transfers are always allowed.
